2018 - present


Human Resources director for small global denomination established in over 50 countries and with employees throughout the world; responsible for strategic human resource functions including budget, benefits, hiring, compliance, and compensation;  coordinates with church leaders on mission, transition, and support of local staff; requires humility, problem solving, research, cultural sensitivity, analytics, decision-making and relational skills.

2015 - 2018


Lead administrator for Master of Arts of Religion program;  grew enrollment through marketing and collaboration with church leaders;  developed assessment and compliance of MAR curriculum with university administrators;  ensured accreditation of seminary through Higher Learning Commission in 2017 accreditation review;  taught Christian Theology; Christian Ethics for Leadership; Contemporary Cultures and Theologies; Portfolio Review

Assessed and expanded campus ministries program through expanding existing Christian Leadership program, chaplain training, Christian athletes student group (open to all faiths); on-campus observation of Christian calendar, expanded use of religious symbols on campus, and supporting student-led worship; developed and taught undergraduate religious courses:  Intro to Religion, Religion and Social Justice, Life and Writings of the Rev.
