2018 - present
Human Resources director for small global denomination established in over 50 countries and with employees throughout the world; responsible for strategic human resource functions including budget, benefits, hiring, compliance, and compensation; coordinates with church leaders on mission, transition, and support of local staff; requires humility, problem solving, research, cultural sensitivity, analytics, decision-making and relational skills.
